Mr. Kent SIM has finished his Master degree in business in 2009 at Royal University of Law and Economics of Cambodia. He has attended many international training in leadership & management skills from USA, UK, Europe, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam such as Ultimate Coaching, Ultimate Results, Ultimate Happiness by Dr. Marshall GOLDSMITH, #1 global coaching guru, the success principles of Jack Canfield, leadership with emotional excellence by Dr. Leonard Yong and Double Your Productivity & leadership excellence by Brian Tracy & Dr. Peter Chee, Success Principles by Dr. Peter Chee, and Creativity & Innovative by Serely Alcaraz.

Corporate Social Responsibility To help our society, in 2015 he has contributed his times & resources to join Doctor Alliance of Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia, DA-UYFC, is a Pro-Poor and Humanitarian None Governmental Organization & is under the umbrella of Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia; under the high presidency of H.E. Hun Many, President of Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia (UYFC) and H.E. Yim Chhay Line, Honorary President of DA-UYFC. Nowadays he has become as a Deputy Chief Advisor of BOD Advisor of DA-UYFC.

Mr. Kent SIM is having extensive experiences sitting on the boards of several companies such as Fourmi Rouge PLC, Yak Capital PLC, Bronze Axe PLC, Sim Brothers PLC, and other private companies that are looking to be listed in CSX, SGX, and NYSE.
